基本解释

In case of any dispute under this Agreement, both parties shall try to resolve it through negotiation.
如双方就本协议内容或其执行发生任何争议，应进行友好协商；
In case no settlement can reached between the two parties, the case under dispute shall be submitted to FETAC for arbitration.
如果双方不能通过友好协商解决，此争议须提交对外贸易仲裁委员会进行仲裁。
