- assume的基本意思是“想儅然”,即指人假定某事物是真實的,它可以指事物本身的真實性,也可以表示事物會發生什麽樣的結果。
- assume作“假設”解時,指在証據很少或者存有異議時,甚至在根本沒有証據的情況下進行推測,含有較強的武斷成分。
